Position Overview
An experienced or new to care Rehabilitation Assistant is needed in the Forest of Dean. The role supports people to return home after hospital care, delivering clinical and personal care, ensuring service users' needs are met, and maintaining high standards of care delivery. This is a 24/7 service with core hours 07:00-22:00.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with health care professionals to provide essential clinical and personal care.
* Ensure service user needs are met and assist the team in maintaining high standards of care delivery.
* Support patients as they regain independence in their own homes.
Shift Details & Working Hours
Core hours: 07:00-22:00. Preferred shift: PM 17:00-22:00 (4 on 4 off). Flexible shift patterns can be discussed with the recruiting manager.

Required Qualifications & Experience
* No prior healthcare experience is required; new recruits will receive structured development and progress from pay band 2 to pay band 3 after obtaining the Care Certificate.
* Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for visiting people in the community.
