The Role: We are seeking Lecturers to teach undergraduate courses in our BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance programme. Flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings, and weekends is required due to our delivery model.

What you'll be doing: Deliver management modules in Accounting & Finance, develop course materials, assess students, and stay updated with field developments and student support practices.
Responsibilities include:
* Planning, delivering, and assessing student work to meet learning outcomes
* Updating and improving course materials
* Employing diverse teaching methods
* Participating in staff development, peer observations, and administrative duties
* Staying current with industry developments and student support practices
* Working towards objectives related to student attendance, progression, and satisfaction
About you:
* Master's degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable)
* UK HE lecturing experience in the relevant field
* Extensive knowledge of the subject area
* Experience supervising student work and providing feedback
* Ability to maintain organized student records
* Ability to work under pressure, plan, and prioritize
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work with diverse groups
Desirable:
* Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent, or Fellowship of HEA (or commitment to obtain within three years)
* Experience in designing or developing academic or professional programmes
