Responsibilities: Oversee the functionality, support and reliability of all Divisional digital tools and systems. Provide support to all Divisional staff for third party systems and collaborate with Group IT to support all central IT systems. Maintain system documentation, licenses, and configurations, and manage vendor support. Ensure compliance with IT security standards and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement process automation and system optimisations to enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Digital Transformation teams to prioritise and execute system improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Coordinate with third party vendors, manage SLAs and support. Ensure strong project management for system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Implement best practices in project governance, ensuring transparency, accountability, and clear reporting.
