Senior Quantity Surveyor – Energy Projects, London
A leading Civil Engineering and Utility Contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on energy projects across London.
Hybrid Working
Work from the Dartford office 3 days per week.
Role Overview
As part of a utility framework you will manage several schemes simultaneously with a combined value of £20M. Projects are power‑related and range from the installation of cable ducts over 20km to refurbishment, fit‑out of existing assets and new sub‑station construction.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your duties include subcontract management, cost reporting and cost reconciliations.
Responsibilities
* Manage multiple schemes and coordinate project activities.
* Subcontract oversight and cost control.
* Prepare cost reporting and reconciliation.
* Collaborate with commercial and engineering teams.
Qualifications
* HNC/BSc in Quantity Surveying or related.
* Demonstrated experience on civil engineering, utility or power projects in the UK.
* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
