Location: Oxford
Salary: £39-48,000
An Oxford-based architectural studio, known for delivering thoughtful, design-led projects across the education, residential, and mixed-use sectors, is seeking an experienced Project Architect. The practice prides itself on a collaborative culture and its ability to navigate complex planning challenges with creativity and clarity. With a strong focus on both design excellence and technical precision, the studio provides a supportive and well-rounded environment for professional growth.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead education projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion Develop design concepts and translate them into detailed technical packages Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultant teams Prepare planning applications and construction documentation* Oversee project schedules, budgets, and overall delivery
The successful Project Architect
ARB-registered Architect Strong design and technical skills Proven experience leading projects Experience within the education sector preferred Proficient in BIM and 3D design software Confident communicator with client-facing experience
