Ormiston Forge Academy are looking to appoint an outstanding, creative and inspirational Teacher of Science, to contribute fully to the Science department at the academy over the next academic year. The successful candidate should have the ability to the sciences to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 could be possible dependent upon specialism.
You will be joining an excellent Science department that has a relentless focus on raising achievement. This is an exciting opportunity for an ECT or an experienced teacher. (All our ECT’s are well supported by an excellent induction programme).

The Ideal Candidate Must Have The Following
* Qualified Teacher Status (ability to teach to Key Stage 3, Key stage 4 and possibly Key Stage 5).
* Previous experience working as a science teacher
* Be versatile to take on a range of activities
* Have the ability to work within a larger team
* Have high expectations of all learners
* Ability to teach out of subject if required
