About the Role
We are looking for a driven and confident individual with a passion for sales to join TWC Frames as a Telesales Executive.
Responsibilities
* Engage with new and existing customers over the phone to promote high‑quality windows, doors, and conservatories.
* Generate and qualify leads, booking appointments for the field sales team.
* Build strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
* Follow up on warm leads and previous inquiries to maximise sales opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring a smooth sales process.
* Work towards and exceed set sales targets and performance goals.
* Liaise with the wider sales team to drive business growth.

* Previous telesales or sales experience beneficial but not essential (full training will be provided).
* Knowledge of the window, door, and conservatory industry a plus, but not required.
