The Role: We're seeking a motivated and dynamic Area Cleaning Supervisor to join us, grow with our company, and take on more responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* You would be based at our Barton practice working 2 hours per evening
* You'll work a 5-day week, No Weekends.
* In addition to Barton upon Humber, you'll provide support at our other practices and via our staff app.
* Primarily: Hull, Gainsborough, Scunthorpe, Immingham, Louth, Cleethorpes and Grimsby (With the idea of expanding to support premises also based in Barnsley, Leeds and Sleaford.. These will be discussed during Interview)
* Your visits to other practices may involve providing support, conducting audits, delivering stock, offering cover, or training staff.
* Work will primarily be on an evening but could involve some morning working depending upon cover schedule (Details below)
Cover Cleaning: If no other cover is available, you will step in to ensure cleaning services continue smoothly. When covering at an alternate location, you will not be responsible for your scheduled cleaning on an evening in Barton. This could be covered by the cover team or completed the following morning)
This also applies to scheduled visits, if you're scheduled to visit an alternative practice, you would not be scheduled cleaning in Barton. (Again, we would arrange alternative cover or reschedule to the morning)
Duties for Alternate Practice Visits:
* Deliver cleaning supplies and monitor stock levels.
* Conduct site audits via our app to ensure standards are met and report findings.
* Assist in onboarding and training new staff.
* Perform light cleaning or other tasks as needed.
* Support administrative duties, such as compiling reports.
* Work efficiently and professionally in diverse environments, including healthcare settings and offices.
* Supervise and mentor staff to maintain a positive work environment.
* Liaise with clients to address feedback and resolve issues.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and CQC standards (training provided).
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (essential).
* Cleaning experience (advantageous).
* Familiarity with CQC standards (preferred but not required; full training provided).
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential, mileage allowance provided).
* A proactive, professional attitude, and a desire to grow with the company.
