We are currently recruiting a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to support our dynamic Supply Chain department. This role plays a vital part in analysing and reporting on the supply of parts to production, ensuring the efficient resolution of shortages and improving overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and report on critical WBS shortages using Kit Fill Analysis (focus on issues within 10 days of build).
* Collaborate with the Integrated Project Team (IPT) to resolve supply issues efficiently.
* Represent the Supply Chain function in production meetings and during any line stoppages.
* Work alongside Tactical Buyers to manage supply issues and participate in supplier calls.
* Support line MRB activities with a focus on liability, including:
o Dispositioning parts with IPT.
o Raising rework POs.
o Identifying recurring issues and recommending process improvements.
o Assisting with closing PDVs.
* Raise and manage Rapid Response orders with correct PPV coding.
* Partner with the Value Stream team to resolve sourcing and procurement issues.
* Identify and implement continuous improvements across the supply chain process.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar supply chain role (preferably in a production/manufacturing environment).
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Confident in cross-functional team collaboration.
* Proactive in problem-solving and process improvement.
