Weekly Hours: 30 hours per week, 9.00am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday, Term Time only

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of pupils with Special Educational Needs. Key Responsibilities
•Provide individualised support to pupils with SEN, helping them engage with learning activities and achieve their potential.
•Assist the teacher in adapting resources and strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
•Support pupils in developing confidence, independence, and social skills.
•Help maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment across different learning settings.

•Passionate about making a difference for children with SEN.
•Patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
•Flexible and collaborative, working effectively as part of a team.
•Reliable, resilient, and committed to promoting inclusion and equality.
