What you'll be involved in:
* RF, Analog, and Digital alignment, testing, verification, and final acceptance testing of products to specifications.
* Fault-finding, analysis, and diagnosis of electronic devices down to component level, with reporting of root causes and failure modes.
* Following and maintaining all company procedures, quality instructions, and policies.
* Using and maintaining electronic testing equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and meters.
* Reporting technical problems clearly to support and design engineers.
* Recording faults and issues according to company procedures.
* Completing and maintaining production inspection records, test reports, non-conformance reports, and other documentation.
* Communicating progress effectively within the team.
* Ensuring smooth handover of test activities during shift changes.
* Performing environmental screening of electronics to meet military conditions, including temperature and vibration tests.
* Building and repairing interface equipment.
* Adhering to security measures when handling sensitive materials.
* Maintaining a clean, tidy, and ESD-safe work environment and performing scheduled maintenance.
* Participating in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
* Supporting lean manufacturing initiatives such as 5S.
What we're looking for in you:
HNC in Electronic Engineering or equivalent, or a minimum of 2 years' experience in electronic manufacturing.
