As a Services Team Leader, you'll take ownership of service delivery in one of the UK's most critical sectors - nuclear. This is a role where leadership meets purpose: you'll ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence while shaping the future of clean energy and national security. * Leading and motivating a service delivery team to meet schedules and quality standards.
* Driving health, safety, environmental, and security compliance through example and accountability.
* Managing resource planning and team development to maximise performance.
* Ensuring training and technical compliance across all staff.
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Sellafield, near Seascale, Cumbria.
Essential Experience
* Proven experience in an engineering, technical service, or scientific discipline.
* Background in nuclear or other regulated/high-hazard industries.
* Strong track record in managing people and delivering work scope execution.
Qualifications
* Relevant scientific or engineering qualification (e.g., apprenticeship or degree).
* Understanding of Radiological Protection (RPI) is highly desirable.
