The Role:
We are seeking a qualified teacher to take on a full-time classroom role in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, depending on experience and preference. This role would suit both experienced teachers and ECTs looking for a supportive start to their teaching career.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress effectively
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership
Maintain strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
✅ Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Experience teaching in a UK primary setting (KS1 or KS2)
A passion for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
