Vanrath's client is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead our Safety, Health, Environment & Quality strategy across their Enniskillen site. This is a key leadership role ensuring compliance, fostering a culture of safety, and driving continuous improvement across operations. Lead comprehensive risk assessments and implement effective mitigation measures across all operations. Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental legislation and standards. Investigate incidents thoroughly and implement corrective and preventative solutions. Drive environmental programs focused on waste minimisation and improved energy efficiency. Compile and deliver SHEQ performance reports to senior leadership. Foster a culture of best practice and continuous improvement through innovation and active engagement.
