A client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Commercial Strategy Consultant to join the team for a four-week project.
You will lead the development of a go-to-market strategy focused on referral-based patient acquisition, reporting to senior stakeholders across medical, marketing, and commercial functions.
Responsibilities
1. Analyse referral channels and estimate market size and referral volumes within a defined geographic area
2. Assess cost of patient acquisition across different referral routes
3. Identify key decision factors influencing referral behaviour
4. Conduct stakeholder interviews and desk research to inform strategy
Requirements
5. 5+ years of consulting experience in commercial strategy within healthcare space
6. Industry experience in fertility services is highly advantageous
7. Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
8. Experience conducting interviews and synthesising insights into actionable outputs
