Location: Covering Yate & Surrounding areas – You must have a valid UK driving licence at the point of application to be considered.
Developments: Multiple Developments
Hours: Flexible Hours offered.
Hourly rate: Competitive + Travel expenses covered and up to an additional £1.30 for working evening and weekend hours
Domestic Assistant Responsibilities:
* Domestic support and housekeeping, including weekly homeowner apartment cleans, laundry service, and communal area cleaning
* Supporting in the Bistro or Restaurant
* Opportunity for overtime within nearby developments
* Potential to develop skills and train further to become a Duty Manager if desired
Skills and Experience:
* A caring personality and the desire to make a difference in people's lives!
* Experience in domestic cleaning or customer care roles in environments such as health & social care, hospitality, retail, domestic services, or caring for a family member is ideal
* Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleaning
* Considerate, patient, and professional
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Friendly and approachable demeanor
* Hardworking, diligent, and punctual
* Ability to provide personalized support to residents, enhancing their retirement living experience
