About the Role
Randstad Education is recruiting a Reception Teacher to support an Early Years Primary setting in the Chelmsford area. As a Reception Teacher, you will play a vital role in the early development of young learners. You must have a passion for teaching and be able to create a nurturing and safe environment for all students.

Role Details
This is a full-time, permanent role starting in September, with responsibilities including:
1. Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
2. Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
3. Assessing pupils' learning and providing feedback.
4. Communicating effectively with parents and carers.
5. Adapting teaching methods to meet diverse needs.
6. Safeguarding children and managing behaviour.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).
* Engaging, interactive teaching style.
* Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
* Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
