CNC Turner (Entry-Level) Coalville £12.50-14.50ph dependent on experience Full-Time / Permanent Days Regular We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic CNC Turner with basic operating experience to join our clients team based in Coalville. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a precision engineering environment, with support and training provided. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC turning machines under supervision Load and unload components from the machine Carry out basic quality checks using measuring tools (e.g., callipers, micrometres) Read and follow basic engineering drawings and work instructions Keep the work area clean and organised in line with health and safety standards Assist skilled machinists and contribute to general workshop tasks as required Requirements: Some experience operating CNC lathes or turning machines (training can be provided) Basic understanding of machining processes and workshop practices Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Keen to learn and develop new skills Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Desirable (but not essential): Familiarity with Fanuc or similar CNC controls Basic knowledge of cutting tools and materials Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment What We Offer: On-the-job training and development opportunities Supportive team environment Potential for progression to setter/operator or skilled machinist role Pay & Hours: 08:00 to 16:30 Mon- Fri £12.50-14.50ph If you, or someone you may know are interested in this position please click apply and upload an up to date CV or contact Aimee at Stirling Warrington.
