Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:
Service Leader (Level 2) – Sefton / Bootle Area
Full-time | Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm | Driving license and own transport required
We're looking for a caring, compassionate, and talented Service Leader to join our management team, overseeing 2–3 supported living services in the Sefton/Bootle area.
Your Role
* Lead and support a team of Support Workers
* Help people live independently in their own homes
* Oversee care plans, risk assessments & audits
* Ensure high-quality, person-centred support
* Understand and manage challenging behaviours
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
What You'll Need
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Minimum)
* Experience in social care & service management
* Knowledge of regulations and best practices
* Full UK driving license & access to a car
