We are working with a busy and well-liked maintenance contractor to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative who will provide a reactive maintenance service on domestic properties in Gloucester.
You will be doing reactive maintenance work on social housing properties, dealing with customers, making them feel at ease, and providing top trades services. You must be able to perform all aspects of maintenance work in multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, and patch plastering.
This is a permanent position offering £36,800 per annum + van and fuel card.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance work at various properties
* Completing a variety of tasks across different trades
* Driving a company van safely
* Reporting to your supervisor
* Using a tablet or mobile device to log work
* Traveling to various properties in Gloucester
Requirements for Multiskilled Operative:
* Experience in response work
* Honest and reliable
* Full UK Driving Licence
A DBS check will be carried out for the successful candidate.
