Overview:
Our client is a leading technology consultancy delivering customer service transformation programmes for enterprise organisations across Europe. As part of a major Microsoft Dynamics initiative, they are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to support the design, configuration and integration of a modern customer service environment.
This is a fully remote, Outside IR35 opportunity for an initial 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, configure and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions to support evolving business requirements
* Develop, maintain and optimise integrations within Copilot Service Workspace
* Configure and implement Channel Integration Framework (CIF) solutions to connect external applications and services
* Design and deliver embedded application experiences within Dynamics using container-based integration approaches
* Develop custom frontend functionality and business logic using JavaScript and TypeScript
* Leverage Microsoft APM SDK to enable seamless application integration and improve user experiences
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and delivery teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
* Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement and retrospectives
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and application issues across the Dynamics ecosystem
* Contribute to solution design discussions, technical documentation and best practice development
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Fluent in Spanish
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
* Proven experience working with Copilot Service Workspace and related integrations
* Experience implementing and configuring Channel Integration Framework (CIF)
* Strong JavaScript and TypeScript development skills
* Experience integrating external applications within Dynamics 365 environments
* Knowledge of Microsoft APM SDK and application integration frameworks
* Experience designing and implementing embedded applications within Dynamics
* Strong understanding of Customer Engagement (CE) architecture and best practices
* Experience working within Agile delivery environments
* Proficiency with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work independently within a consultancy-led delivery environment
