Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director and managing a team of 7 non-qualified and administrative staff. Duties and responsibilities include:
1. Work collaboratively to monitor ie and expenditure across relevant business areas
2. Provide trend analysis and forecasts to inform long-term strategic and resource planning
3. Responsible for ensuring appropriate costings for external funding applications
4. Responsible for providing operational KPI reporting to assist with resource planning
5. Supporting the business partnering team to meet stakeholder expectations
6. Oversee all financial transactions to ensure effective financial control
7. Planning and managing the month-end and year-end process
8. Maximise the use of business intelligence
9. Liaise with external auditors
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified accountant with previous team management and business partnering experience. You'll be available to start in September 25.
