This role involves working during matchdays at a fast-paced, innovative catering facility, leading a small team at a public kiosk bar in the matchday retail sector.
Package Description
* £12.75 Per Hour

Main Responsibilities
* Welcoming retail customers, ensuring till orders are correct, serving food/beverages promptly, handling complaints, and liaising with the retail stand manager regarding matchday operations.
* Focusing on customer satisfaction and delivering excellent service.
* Answering questions and making suggestions about food and beverage options.
* Leading a small team, organizing staff roles, managing customer queues, and completing paperwork.
The Ideal Candidate
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Ability to lead a small team.
* Ability to drive sales and meet customer expectations.
* Experience dealing with customers and spectators.
