Not required to take on registration with CQC for the temporary position.
From 1 December 2025, enhancement rates of £1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday – 7am Monday). This does not apply to sleep-ins.
To cover maternity leave for 6 to 9 months.

Responsibilities
As a Registered Manager with Leonard Cheshire, you will provide clear direction, management and supervision of a great staff team. Leading with passion and enthusiasm to ensure your service is well run and will promote positive outcomes for disabled people with a flexible and proactive approach.
In addition to the delivery of great care, you will ensure the service is fully compliant regarding health and safety management and fulfil statutory obligations, operating a financially sound service.
As a successful manager you will handle recruitment, on‑going training, development and performance needs of your staff, ensuring the achievement of national minimum care standard requirements. You will also hold registration for the service.
Qualifications
 * A recognised nursing or social care qualification and registration (as appropriate to the needs of the service).
 * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent as required.
 * Substantial experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity in a care environment.
