As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency for both our customers and colleagues.
In this role, you will supervise and proactively assist in the monitoring of everyday soft cleaning services, ensuring all tasks are carried out in line with contracted specifications and obligations.
You will lead by example, providing clear instruction and guidance to your team, planning workloads according to the schedule, and demonstrating consistent oversight of all operations.
The Role
1. Plan, organise and co-ordinate the service activities to meet the planned financial and operational performance targets
2. Generate cleaning schedules for your team
3. Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
4. Ensure washroom areas meet high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and presentation
5. Maintain adequate stock of consumables (soap, hand towels, toilet tissue, etc) and restock as needed
6. Work well under pressure, problem-solve, and use initiative
7. Drive continuous improvement, take corrective action as needed, and escalate performance issues to line manager

12. Strong leadership skills
13. Relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures
14. Willing to undertake any training relevant to the role
