Replenish kitchen stock and unload the dishwasher on a daily basis to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Facility Upkeep: Take responsibility for the upkeep of the office and its facilities, ensuring a tidy and professional environment at all times. IT Support and Equipment Ordering: Order IT items for staff and new starters, such as laptops and phones, and ensure timely setup and access to IT systems. Liaise with IT support to log and resolve IT-related queries and issues promptly. Administrative Support: Assist directors and the managing director with administrative tasks, including drafting letters, emails, and communication. Field calls and assist with diary management for the managing director. Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers for IT, printing, and office-related systems, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues. Mail Handling and Copier Maintenance: Frank and post items as necessary, and keep the copier stocked with toner and paper to facilitate smooth office operations. Visitor Management: Greet visitors to the offices in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance as needed. Event Coordination: Assist with organizing and arranging events and functions, including logistical support and coordination of resources. Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks: Undertake varied ad hoc administrative tasks related to the daily operations of the business, including spreadsheets, filing, and managing processes. Additional Requirements: Transport Access: Must be able to commute to Central Reading on a daily basis. IT Literacy: Proficiency in basic IT skills, including emails, word processing, and spreadsheets. Written Communication Skills: Strong written skills with excellent spelling and grammar. Organizational Skills: Highly organized with good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
