Youll be leading small residential and supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism, some of whom may present behaviours that challenge. Youll play a vital part in shaping day-to-day care delivery and in empowering your team to make every day count.

Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of your service to ensure a safe, effective and person-centred environment
* Lead, mentor and support a team of care staff, including supervision, appraisals, and training
* Deliver hands-on care and lead by example, stepping in as needed during busy or challenging times
* Write, review and implement person-centred care plans
* Promote engagement and social inclusion through meaningful daily activities
* Oversee record-keeping and ensure regulatory and internal compliance
* Represent the service in multidisciplinary meetings and advocate for individuals you support
* Take part in service audits and drive continuous quality improvement
Requirements
* At least 2 years experience in a care setting (Supported Living, Residential, or Domiciliary)
* Minimum 1 year in a senior or leadership capacity
* Experience working within a PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) model is highly desirable
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Calm under pressure, flexible, and proactive in your approach
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
* Willingness to work across various services in Manchester and Rochdale
