Remortgage Case Handler
We are recruiting for a Remortgage Case Handler based in Cardiff
Key responsibilities of a Remortgage Case Handler
1. Deal with incoming correspondences from clients and ensure that these are recorded on our case management system.
2. Undertake title investigations to satisfy lender criteria and mortgage conditions.
3. Review Mortgage offers and comply with requirements.
4. Conduct legal checks to secure lender security is in place on land registry title register.
5. Ensure all redemption figures are accurate, timely and complete to ensure the new lender can be registered and that all charges registered can be redeemed.
6. Work to required deadlines as imposed by lender/borrower.
Skills and experience required of a Remortgage Case Handler
7. Essential: Previous experience in conveyancing case handling or within a re-mortgage environment.
8. Demonstrate a professional work ethic.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
10. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to manage workload.
11. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
12. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
13. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
