Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Washington for a full-time position starting in September.

The Role
As a KS1 Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
* Support pupils in developing key literacy, numeracy, and social skills
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
* Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
* Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1
* Demonstrate strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
* Be creative, patient, and passionate about early years education
* Have experience supporting pupils with SEND (desirable)
* Be reliable and committed to a full-time role
