Solar PV Electrician (Commercial and Utility Scale) £40,000 - £50,000 Company Van Full-Time PAYE | UK Wide Travel Commutable to East and West Midlands (Central England) We’re working with a leading Solar EPC/IPP who are looking to add an experienced Operations & Maintenance Electrician to their team. This is a hands-on role carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multi-MW ground mount solar farms and large roof-mounted commercial and industrial PV systems. Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine inspections, servicing and fault-finding on solar PV installations and ancillaries. Assisting with C&I Solar Installation when required Diagnose electrical issues and complete repairs to restore system performance Perform electrical testing, commissioning and reporting Ensure work is completed safely and in line with industry standards Work effectively as part of a field-based O&M team Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation 18th Edition (essential) Proven experience working on large scale solar PV systems Proven experience with BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) Strong fault-finding and diagnostics skills Full UK driving licence High standards of safety and professionalism Right to work in UK is essential for this role What’s on Offer: £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary (depending on experience) Company van and fuel card Opportunities for training and progression Work within a supportive and growing renewables team If you’d like to learn more or think this could be a strong fit, please get in touch or apply with your CV.
