Full job description Job Description Main Duties and Responsibilities Process weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time for both Northern Ireland and America companies. Manage end-to-end payroll administration, including new starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, overtime, statutory payments, and deductions. Manage workplace pension schemes, including employee enrolment, contributions, opt-ins, opt-outs, and compliance with UK auto-enrolment legislation. Manage end-to-end payroll administration, including new starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, overtime, statutory payments, and deductions. Complete payroll reconciliations and ensure payroll records are maintained accurately and securely. Process year-end payroll activities, including the preparation and distribution of P60s. Manage payroll tax filings and submissions, ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements and applicable federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations in Georgia, USA. Liaise with HMRC, pension providers, payroll software providers, tax authorities, and external advisors as required. Respond to payroll queries from employees and management in a professional and timely manner. Assist with internal and external payroll audits. Prepare payroll reports and provide payroll data to finance and management teams as required. Monitor changes in payroll legislation, taxation, pensions, and employment regulations across both the UK and USA and implement necessary updates. Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and procedures. Any other duties as required by the Group Financial Controller to suit business needs. Adherence to our ISO 9001 Quality management system. Adherence to company health and safety procedures. Personal Specification Previous experience working in a payroll role with responsibility for end-to-end payroll processing. (E) Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments, and pensions. (E) Experience processing payroll within the United States, preferably including Georgia state payroll requirements. (D) Knowledge of year-end payroll processes, including P60 and P11D administration. (E) Experience using Sage payroll software (E) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. (E) Strong organisational and time management skills. (E) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. (E) Excellent communication and customer service skills.
