The Role
There now exists an opportunity for an individual to take the role of Managing Director and lead a high value manufacturing division of the business. The newly appointed Managing Director will lead this business through the next phase of success and development, focussing on profitable growth, diversification and restructuring while ensuring operational excellence is maintained.
Skills / Abilities /Experience
* Outstanding leadership credentials in an aerospace SME environment involving the manufacturing and supply of parts to tier 1 and 2 aerospace customers
* Strong commercial acumen with experience accrued at a senior level within a comparable organisation
* High energy, inspirational leader with a track record of working well with and motivating others, maximising resources well and a willingness to adopt a hands on, roll-up sleeves approach
* A demonstrable track record of successfully delivering profitable growth and commercial value
