Job Title: Service Quality Specialist
Our client, a prestigious dealership, is seeking to recruit a Service Quality Specialist. This role is closely related to warranty management, but requires a technical background, making it suitable for a skilled and diagnostic technician looking to step away from hands-on repairs.
Responsibilities:
1. Completing all warranty claims accurately.
2. Providing feedback to frontline service teams.
3. Ensuring all warranty-related documentation is up to date and audit-ready.
4. Collaborating with the Aftersales Manager on claim validity.
5. Reconciling records and managing warranty correspondence.
6. Monitoring and improving warranty processes and systems.
About You:
1. Previous experience as a Technician or Warranty Specialist.
2. Experience working within a dealership environment.
3. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to manage your own workload effectively.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday mornings: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm (1 in 3 weekends)
