We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team for 4 sessions per week, on a 12 month contract (to be reviewed with a potential extension), Tuesday and Friday essential.

Main duties of the job
As a Salaried GP you will provide high quality,compassionate care to a diverse patient population, including acute, chronicdisease and preventative care.
You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to managepatient demand effectively, contribute to clinical decision making and ensurecontinuity of care.
The role includes a mix of face-face and telephone as wellas Duty and home visits.

Job responsibilities
TheSalaried GP will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needsin a Primary Care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for allregistered and temporary patients. The post holder will work in accordance withthe latest GMC guidance, national QOF indicators and within the scope of thepractices clinical policies, protocols and values.
Youwill work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Practice Nurses,clinical pharmacists, ACPs and administrative staff to contribute to overallsmooth running and development of the practice.

Qualifications
* Fully qualified and registered General Practitioner
* Full registration with the GMC with a license to practice
* Inclusion on the NHS England Performers list
* Current valid indemnity cover
