As the business shifts towards brand-led growth, this newly created role will play a central part in shaping the next chapter of their eCommerce success story.
Role Overview
The Ecommerce Manager will take full ownership of the D2C platform, managing daily trading performance, conversion, and profitability across multiple branded websites.
You’ll act as the commercial “business owner” for the site, driving revenue through smart trading decisions, campaign planning, CRO, and close collaboration with marketing, operations, and agency partners.
This is a hands-on and commercially driven role, ideal for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and wants to make a tangible impact on growth.
Essential Skills
* Proven experience in ecommerce trading or commercial management, ideally within a D2C or multi-brand business
* Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership and forecasting experience
* Confident across CRO, CRM, paid media, and onsite merchandising
* Highly analytical, comfortable tracking and improving key KPIs (conversion, ROAS, AOV, retention)
* Excellent communicator, able to collaborate with marketing, operations, and agency teams
