SEN Teacher – Bromley, London Salary: £28,000 – £58,000 per annum Contract: Full-time | Permanent Start Date:September 2025 Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are currently seeking an inspiring and empathetic SEN Teacher to join a nurturing and forward-thinking school in Bromley, South East London. The Role: As a SEN Teacher, you will: * Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN. * Develop and implement EHCPs in collaboration with external professionals and families. * Use a range of innovative teaching strategies and interventions to support learning and development. * Foster a nurturing and positive classroom environment, encouraging independence and confidence. * Monitor progress and maintain detailed records of pupil achievements and needs. * Lead and support LSAs and classroom assistants to ensure a consistent and effective approach. Who We’re Looking For: We welcome applications from: * Experienced SEN Teachers with a proven track record in special education. * Mainstream teachers with a strong understanding of SEN and a passion for inclusive education. * ECTs/NQTs with SEN experience and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting learners with additional needs. You should have: * QTS or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification. * A solid understanding of various special educational needs and strategies for support. * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with pupils, families, and colleagues. * A patient, compassionate, and reflective attitude. * The ability to inspire and engage learners through creativity, structure, and encouragement.
