The role of Scheme Manager - Homeownership will include:
1. Completing compliance testing including fire alarm checks and water temp checks
2. Reporting any hazards and supporting the repairs of these to ensure communal areas are kept free
3. Completing weekly wellbeing calls to residents who require this service at the scheme and make safeguarding referrals when required
4. Referring residents to support agencies when required and helping them access the different service available to them
5. Dealing with low level anti-social behaviour complaints within the scheme and resolving resident disputes
Skills and experiences:
6. Experience of working with older people in a support capacity and understanding their individual needs or similar
7. Numeracy and literacy to the equivalent of GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
8. Excellent knowledge of effective communication at all levels
9. Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
10. Experience of resident involvement and community care values would be an advantage
11. Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
12. Occasional travel may be requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential

23. The successful candidate must live on site due to contractual agreements
24. £15,224 per annum (rising to £15,695 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
The full time equivalent salary for this role is £25,374 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £26,159 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
