Office Manager - London

Join Our Team as an Office Manager!

Are you an organised, tech-savvy individual with a knack for creating a welcoming environment? Our client is seeking an exceptional Office Manager to be the administrative heartbeat of their vibrant office in Wapping, London. This exciting role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and is ready to help manage a residential estate that boasts 299 privately owned apartments in the heart of London.

Salary: £40k

Location: 10-minute walk from Tower Hill train station, and near the iconic St Katherine Docks

Position: Office Manager

Start Date: November/December 2025

Hours: 9-5 - This is a fully office based role

Working a later shift on Wednesdays for the weekly board meeting, so hours on Wednesday will be 12-8pm

(This will reduce over time, with the long-term plan for board meetings to be once a month)

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the friendly and professional point of contact for residents, leaseholders, and shareholders
Maintain meticulous bookkeeping and manage administration related to estate asset rentals
Take minutes during meetings and maintain action trackers to ensure follow-through
Lead the digitization of our office archive, managing all documents with care
organise meeting administration for both in-house and online sessions, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Respond to inquiries promptly, ensuring all interactions leave residents feeling welcomed and valued
Keep the office space clear, organised, and well-stocked with supplies
Support adherence to health, safety, and security procedures to create a safe working environment
Assist with audio-visual setups for meetings and events
Set up bank payments efficiently and accurately
organise occasional company events to foster community spirit What We're Looking For:

A highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent software; tech-savviness
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service
Ability to work collaboratively within a small team and independently when required
