Electrical Design Engineer – Premier Group
Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Type: Permanent | Location: Liverpool with hybrid flexibility (2 days from home per week).
We are seeking a Junior or experienced Electrical Design Engineer with an interest in manufacturing/control systems to join our engineering and manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
* Working within the existing multi‑disciplinary engineering team.
* Being involved in development and electrical design activities.
* Working on the whole product lifecycle.
* Having an interest in control systems.
* Creating the required technical documentation.
Qualifications
* Apprenticeship/HNC/HND/BTEC/City & Guilds/Degree qualification or similar in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
* Experience designing a variety of electrical systems.
* Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPlan or SolidWorks Electrical.
* Excellent problem‑solving capabilities.
* Ability to work well individually as well as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
