Level 2 SME (Internet Gateway Security – Netskope & ZTNA)
6‑Month contract (initial) with extensions. Based onsite in Coventry. Rate: £400‑£500 p/d (via Umbrella company).

Key Responsibilities
* Public Key Infrastructure: Work with the project team and stakeholders to design and build a new internal PKI (potentially quantum‑proof), identify gaps, define solutions, integrate with a Certificate Lifecycle Management system, understand cloud HSM integration, and define certificate templates for internal services.
* Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA): Define infrastructure and rulesets for a VPN‑ZTNA solution, build required infrastructure, discover VPN‑dependent applications, plan firewall changes, and collaborate with stakeholders and the application support team for delivery.
* Networks & Other Activities: Work with the product team to discover and implement network segmentation with kill‑switch, collaborate with the networks team on network changes, manage Proxy Access Control files, deploy Internet Security tools to endpoints, perform upgrades, and maintain the tools. Manage EntraID enterprise apps for SSO, SCIM, IDP features.
* Internet Gateway Security: Build and maintain Internet Security policies in tools such as Secure Web Gateway, Cloud Access Security Broker; develop DLP policies, define SSL inspection bypasses, and provide end‑user support for website exceptions. Complete administration of the Netskope tenant.
Key Skills & Experience
* Experience with CASB and Internet Gateway security tools, especially Netskope & ZTNA.
* Strong knowledge of PKI, cloud HSM, and Certificate Lifecycle Management.
* Knowledge of Zero‑Trust principles and VPN‑to‑ZTNA migration.
* Experience with network segmentation, kill‑switch, Proxy Access Control, and endpoint security deployments.
* Proficiency in DLP, SSL inspection, and secure web gateway management.
* Experience managing EntraID (Azure AD) enterprise apps, SSO, SCIM, IDP integrations.
