What you’ll be doing
* Handling a variety of commercial property transactions
* Assisting with matters including landlord & tenant, freehold sales, acquisitions, and disposals
* Working on high-quality projects, including property pension investment transactions
* Building client relationships and developing commercial awareness
What experience is required
* Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
* A genuine interest in commercial property law
* Exposure to or interest in property pension investment work is a plus
* A proactive mindset and desire to grow your legal career
