What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the Account Director in the day-to-day delivery of premium workplace services
* Acting as a key point of contact for operational leads and client stakeholders
* Leading exciting projects like new service launches and tech integrations
* Driving financial performance with insight, foresight, and commercial flair
* Collaborating with talented chefs, marketers, and HSE experts to deliver innovation
* Supporting, mentoring, and motivating on-site teams to achieve their best
* Playing an active role in strategic planning, reviews, and client presentations
