Overview
Prospero Teaching is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable IT Technician to join a school in the Llanelli area on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills who enjoys problem-solving and supporting others within an educational environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day IT support across the school
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
* Maintain and update IT systems and equipment
* Support staff and students with technical queries
* Work as part of a wider support team to ensure smooth IT operations
Requirements
* Previous experience as an IT Technician (school experience desirable)
* Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and troubleshooting
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
