Position: Talent Resourcer
Location: Slough
Contract Type: Temporary (12 weeks) - Possibility of going perm for right candidate
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
Salary: £30,000 PA

About the Role:
As a Talent Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in our Utility Division, specifically working on the clients largest contract. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Arranging and conducting interviews and candidate assessment centres
* Communicating with candidates to confirm attendance and reschedule as needed
* Posting and amending job adverts, ensuring accuracy and relevance
* Searching job boards to find candidates with matching skill sets
* Preparing and maintaining recruitment paperwork, ensuring compliance
* Keeping candidates informed throughout the onboarding process
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to attract new talent
* Conducting training for managers on recruitment processes
* Staying updated on UK Employment Law and market trends
What We're Looking For:
If you have previous experience in HR or recruitment, we want to hear from you! Key qualifications include:
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Professional demeanour to engage effectively with stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs
* A full UK driver's licence, as travel to various locations may be required
