About the role
Connex Education is working with a Secondary Academy, who is looking for experienced teaching assistants to work in their school on a one to one basis with pupils for their long term supply needs.

The school itself provides is in the on the outskirts of Boston and Is part of a larger trust that specialises in Primary and Secondary Education. The school is a secondary mainstream school that has its own alternative provision on site. The school has modern facilities and brand new alternative provision site purpose built.
Assignment details
The Role will start in September 2025 the working hours are 8.20 until 3.20pm working Monday to Friday full time hours. The school is looking for people with a strong behaviour background and to have a good understanding of positive behaviour support. This would be suitable for people who have worked with people with challenging behaviour. The role is temp to perm with a view of this being main permanent if both parties are happy to proceed.

Person Specification
* Have experience of supporting pupils with in mainstream or SEN setting
* Strive for excellence and go the extra mile!
* Be willing to provide personal care
* Be confident in working with challenging behaviour
* Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one
* Being able to commute to Boston and surrounding areas.
