In this role, you will oversee a small, new team of production technicians, creating your own team culture and processes. You will shadow engineers to learn product assembly, then manage planning, quality control, and team supervision. The Role:
* Oversee the assembly of subsea acoustic equipment, including beacons and sensor packages
* Plan production schedules to optimize efficiency and accuracy
* Maintain high quality control standards
* 37.5 hours per week with flexible hours to be agreed upon

* Able to commute to Aberdeen
