We’re currently recruiting for a HR Systems Specialist (SuccessFactors) to join our HR team for an 18‑month maternity cover. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team and wider business to provide solutions for efficiency and enablement of automated processes, as well as data and analytics to support talent strategies, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference.
Your responsibilities in this role would be:
System‑related Configuration and Testing
* Lead or support implementation/process improvement projects
* Maintenance of permission roles, workflows, business rules
* Configuration of system changes, for example adding new fields; portlets; form templates; route maps; adding / updating picklists and tables
* Support annual processes, such as, performance and compensation cycles, system upgrades, absence – holiday and sickness calendars
Systems Support
* Monthly SuccessFactors induction for new starters
* Provide systems guidance and support to employees, managers, and the HR team, creating user guides to ensure the HR system is a ‘source of truth’, updating the OXB intranet as required
Reporting
* A key project for this role is to convert standard table and canvas reports to story reporting
* Create and provide reports for business enablement, providing analysis / storytelling, so the data can be used effectively.
* Provide HR and finance monthly reporting on headcount; dashboards; data and analytics; position management
Profile description:
* Experience of SuccessFactors system administration is essential. This includes experience with implementation, configuration, testing and then creating end user training and guidance material.
* Have a forward‑thinking, business focussed approach to ensure any configuration / process changes within SuccessFactors consider the impact / risk to the system
* Ability to analyse complex configuration problems working from first principles and up through to hypothesise factors which impact, to identify and propose solutions for system problems.
* Advanced knowledge of system reporting, with the ability to convert standard table and canvas reports to story reporting. Capable of linking data from multiple tables and producing reports and dashboards. Understand OXB’s talent strategy and goals so that data can be analysed, providing a synopsis of the data to HR and the wider business.
* Good communicator with an ability to ensure a good end user experience for our employees and managers
