The Role

As Paid Media Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning, managing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across our portfolio of brands.

You’ll be a self-starter who’s passionate about performance marketing — spotting new opportunities, leveraging data, and driving ROI through innovative, results-oriented paid media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Implementation (20%)

1. Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across key social media platforms.

2. Develop targeted strategies to reach and engage key audiences.

3. Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time to maximise performance.

Creative & Content Optimisation (5%)

4. Partner with internal teams and agencies to develop high-performing ad creatives.

5. Ensure content aligns with platform best practices.

6. Provide creative performance insights and recommend improvements.

Media Buying & Execution (40%)

7. Manage paid media campaigns directly via platforms such as Meta and TikTok, or through agencies.

8. Conduct A/B testing and other optimisation methods to enhance campaign performance.

9. Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to deliver best-in-class ROI.

Performance Analysis & Reporting (10%)

10. Track and analyse campaign performance data.

11. Deliver actionable insights and comprehensive reports to stakeholders.

12. Use data to inform and refine future campaign strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)

13. Align paid media strategies with brand objectives and broader marketing plans.

14. Work closely with Communications Teams to ensure consistent messaging and goals.

15. Collaborate across teams to ensure digital activity supports overall business priorities.

Trend Identification & Innovation (5%)

16. Stay ahead of digital and social media trends.

17. Identify new growth opportunities and emerging platforms.

18. Develop test-and-learn programs to drive innovation across our brands.

About You

19. 2+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally in a B2C environment.

20. Strong understanding of paid media channels — especially Meta Business Manager and Google Ads Manager.

21. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

22. Analytical thinker with a data-driven, strategic mindset.

23. Proactive, organised, and hands-on — with a passion for continuous learning.

24. Excellent communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
