* Build and maintain templates and brand assets to keep delivery consistent and efficient.
* Juggle multiple deadlines, prioritising with the Head of Marketing & Communications to keep work moving smoothly.
* Uphold brand guidelines and ensure everything we publish is accessible, accurate and fit for purpose.
About you

* Confident in Adobe Creative Cloud—Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (bonus if you’ve used Premiere Pro/After Effects or Lightroom).
* Confident with WordPress or similar web platforms.
* Comfortable with photography/video capture for social and internal content.
* A proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication.
* A team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude who keeps up with design and marketing trends.

* Figma (components, auto-layout, basic prototyping).
* Experience creating simple iconography, animation, illustrations or data visuals.
