Nordberg Medical, founded in 2017, is an ambitious Swedish biotech company. Internationally present in Europe and APAC, we are rapidly expanding globally as a pioneer in state-of-the-art medical biomaterial science.

As our Digital & Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for adapting and executing the digital marketing and communication strategy according to the needs of the UK&I market. Reporting into our Marketing Manager UK, Sandy Ortanca, the successful candidate will be a strong communicator, highly-organised and efficient, with a developed understanding of building brand community through digital channels, including social media, content, email marketing, website and PR.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Social Media Management & Content Creation


* Day to day management of Instagram channels, including content creation and curation, copywriting and community engagement.
* Responsible for delivering clear content strategy to support key brand activities.
* Collating and organising UGC to be utilised across various brand channels.
* Monitor emerging trends from Instagram and TikTok, highlighting opportunities to the wider team to ensure the brand is at the forefront of the social landscape.

Email Marketing

* Responsible for creating and executing regular email send-outs to customer database regarding key updates and events.
* Ownership of email calendar to ensure communications are sent out in a timely manner to support brand activities.

Website

* Oversee the company's local website, ensuring content is localised and updated as required.
* Implement usability and content improvements to enhance user experience and engagement.

Public Relations (PR)

* Amplify press coverage via digital channels to ensure maximum visibility and impact.
* Support PR agency in digital PR opportunities, such as influencer or brand ambassador activities.

Stakeholder Communication

* Coordinate with global and local teams to ensure consistent communication aligned with brand identity.
* Collaborate with agencies and other external stakeholders where required, developing strong working relationships and insight-led initiatives.
* Develop and maintain effective internal communication channels to ensure the local team is informed and engaged.

Reporting And Analysis

* Monitor the performance of activities across all channels against sales data to understand which activities have the greatest impact on commercial targets.
* Provide a monthly report to the business, detailing performance across digital channels with a critical eye to continuously optimise and improve outcomes.
* Identify new digital opportunities that will have a meaningful impact on our audience and contribute to building an engaged community.

Skills and requirements

Required Qualifications

* Experience in social media management - with a deep understanding of social media platforms (e.g. Instagram and TikTok), content creation and building a community.
* Experience in reporting and analysis – monitoring activities, creating reports and identifying new opportunities.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Other Information

This is a hybrid position that requires a willingness and ability to work from our office in London 2-3 days a week. Occasional business travel is required, with an estimated frequency of a few trips per year.
